To use our online Inquiry form, simply click the INQUIRE link on any page, fill out the form, and click send.
When we receive your inquiry, we will respond with answers to your questions by email within 24 hours.
We have had an overwhelming amount of orders and inquiries, and are trying to dilligently reply to all of them in the order that they are received.
Emails that are not sent through our Inquiry system or do not include our order number in the subject will be disregarded and will be deleted as SPAM.
No telephone request for order status or technical support will be accepted.
This keeps personnel freed up to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and is the only way we are going to be able to reduce turn around times for your orders.
We are not currently answering questions by phone. Due to the increased call volume our staff can not keep up with all of the incoming calls and inquiries. Please route all questions through our website's inquiry system.
