We have very strict privacy and security guidelines and all credit card information obtained from our web store is destroyed once an order has been completed. We hold the credit card information for 30 days to satisfy our merchant services provider. After those 30 days, all credit card information is destroyed.

Orders are shipped prompt upon clearance. All Checks and Money Orders are verified before items are shipped.

When we receive your inquiry, we will respond with answers to your questions by email within 24 hours.
We have had a serious problem receiving SPAM emails, so emails that are not through our Inquiry system may be deleted as SPAM.
PAYMENT
We accept all Major Credit Cards, Certified Checks on Verifiable US Banks, Money Orders, and WesternUnion.com.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES will show AR15Products LLC on your credit card statements.
We do NOT accept personal checks of any kind.
We do NOT ship items C.O.D. no exceptions.
Warning : Anyone placing a fraudulent order will be prosecuted by the full extent of Local, State, Federal, and International Laws.
All credit cards are verified by our merchant service provider, and items will only be shipped to the address corresponding with the credit card used. If you place an order via online, and the address does not correspond with the credit card, the order will be treated as a fraudulent act, and as such we will contact the card holder, if the card holder can not be contacted within 2 days, we will contact the issued credit card company, and contact the authorities in the area where the order was to be shipped.
PRIVACY Policy
All merchandise ordered from AR15 Products come shipped in plain packages.
We DO NOT keep records of our clients and DO NOT sell their name, address, or any other information to ANYONE. All credit card transactions are 100% secure and after an order is completed the credit card information is destroyed.
All orders are CONFIDENTIAL. We believe in PRIVACY.
The customer is wholly responsible for any custom duties, import restrictions, etc. All payments must be in U.S. funds.
RETURN POLICY
All products are considered special order by the party ordering.
ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
All of our upper receivers and kits are built to order. When an order is placed, we delegate parts for that order, and put it in our build cue. When an order is cancelled, it requires us to locate that order in the cue, and return those parts to stock.
If you cancel, no matter the reason you will be refunded the total order less the 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
Due to the nature of our merchandise, products may be used once to complete a mission and then no longer needed, For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Defective products will be repaired or exchanged per individual warranty, at our discretion.
Returns must be authorized by AR15 Products and under NO circumstances will returns be accepted unless accompanied by a properly marked RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA and shipping instructions may be obtained by email.
Return products via UPS or U.S.Mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. AR15 Products cannot refund shipping fees.
No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt. Discontinued items are not returnable. Upon approval, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Orders are shipped promptly and in good faith by AR15 Products yet refused by the customer will be restocked subject to the 25% restocking fee plus a deduction for the invoiced shipping and handling charges.
AR15 Products reserves the right to back order items in the event our inventory on a certain item runs low. If an item is on back order from the manufacturer, the customer has a right to a FULL refund. Back orders happen, but if an item you have ordered, is back ordered, we assure prompt shipment to you, the customer, as soon as we receive the merchandise from the manufacturer. If your item is backordered we will inform you immediately.
WARRANTY
AR15 Products guarantees most all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for thirty (30) days after sale to the customer. AR15 Products will replace or repair, at our descretion providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, abuse, or alteration.
LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS
It is the responsibility of the BUYER (not AR15 Products, employees, etc.) to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws in reguard to possession and use of any item in this catalog. Consult your attorney reguarding local, state, federal, and international laws before ordering. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and the products will be used in a lawful manner in which they were designed.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Product styles and pictures may vary from actual product.
Louisiana State Residents must add applicable tax. 8.25% If your state is listed in the tax field we must charge the listed tax.
International Orders are charged a 4.5% tax.
We assume no liability associated with product usage. The buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expense of any kind, arising out of the use or misuse of our products.
By placing an order the buyer signifies agreement to these terms of sale and holds AR15 Products our employees and affiliates harmless.

Our Telephone Staff can only take orders over the telephone, they can not answer questions about our product line.
